Telehealth visits are not visits with your primary care provider. Telehealth visits are for acute health concerns. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please contact your provider, call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room. Stone Integrated Healthcare is not responsible if you do not provide complete and accurate health information during your healthcare screening or visit.

Terms & Conditions

If your medical condition limits the provider’s ability to provide a treatment plan, Stone Integrated Healthcare is not obligated to treat your condition and will refer you back to your primary care provider or the nearest emergency room. At Stone Integrated Healthcare we want to make your visit a safe experience as we treat you with kindness, dignity, and respect during your visit.

Disclaimer 

We will not tolerate offensive comments, yelling, threats of harm, sexual acts, gesture, words, comments, or using inappropriate images during the visit. If this behavior is displayed, your visit may be terminated and future visits may be declined. Stone Integrated Healthcare prohibits photographing or recording of the virtual visit.
