Dr. Renesha Stone, DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Renesha was born in Louisville, KY; graduated from Central High School with Honors. Renesha graduated from Galen College of Nursing in 2013 with her Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma (LPN), Jefferson Community & Technical College in 2016 with an Associate Degree in Nursing in 2016 (RN), Indiana Wesleyan in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science of Nursing (BSN), Spalding University in 2021 with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), and from Murray State University in 2024 with her Doctorate in Nursing (DNP). Dr. Stone has experience working with pediatrics and patients in a correctional setting since she began her nursing career.

 

Renesha has achieved many accomplishments throughout her career: 2015 Daisy Award, 2017 University of Louisville Florence Nightingale Award Recipient, 2021 Brother Ignatius Perkins Caring with Dignity Award, and 2023 Nurse of the Year Award. Dr. Stone prides herself on providing exceptional healthcare to those in need by serving and giving back to others in her community to help bridge the gap with healthcare disparities, expanding access to essential services, and fostering strong patient-provider relationships built on trust and respect.
